Bailey Jade Altstaetter Bailey Altstaetter began training in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, modern, and gymnastics at the age of 2 years old in the small town of Wapakoneta, Ohio. As dance transformed this shy young girl into a confident young woman, she without a doubt fell in love with the art. At the age of 12, an enourmous door of opportunities opened for her when she moved to California to be a part of her uncle's studio in Irvine. She danced there everyday after school and was an assistant teacher to the younger students. By the age of 15, Bailey was already teaching her very own classes and choreographing dances. Her dedication and passion for dance paid off when she auditioned for the Orange County High School of the Arts and was accepted into the commercial dance conservatory. With extensive training there, her technique and performance skills soared. She also developed much of her style in hip hop when she was invited to train and perform with Mavyn Entertainment. She now takes part in choreographing for her group which performs in various night clubs. Bailey continues to express herself through the art of dance and hopes earn a degree in business and have her own studio one day where she can help young dancers grow and express themselves. |
